Looking for friendly, efficient, and guest-oriented individuals who are good multitaskers. Must have experience with plumbing, electrical, basic construction, grounds work, etc. HVAC experience or certification is a plus. Starting pay rate is $13.05/hr, potentially higher based on experience.
