Position Summary:

Person in this position will be responsible for supervising the repair and the maintenance of WestCare facilities. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.

 

Essential Job Functions:

Maintain the facility grounds and maintain buildings in a safe and efficient operating condition; Maintain an inventory of supplies, donated items and a tool control system; Maintain, schedule and perform duties associated with the maintenance of the facility and grounds; Respond to routine emergencies and make normal repairs; Define problems and provide assessments for anything that must be repaired or replaced; Respond to work orders on a daily basis; Transport clients outside of the facility, e.g., to perform job duties and to attend appointments; Participate in daily shift exchange including documenting in facility log at the end of the shift and thoroughly reviewing the log at start of the shift; Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision and goals of WestCare Foundation; and Perform all other duties as assigned.
