Maintenance Engineer (F/M/X)

 

About the role

Our Cincinnati team, composed of 38 people, is integrated in the Alumina Special Chemicals department and focuses on the production and delivery of Alumina products in collaboration with our Solvay support teams and General Business Unit executive leadership. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work as an engineering resource and supervisor for our maintenance department; to provide recommendations to mechanics, and planner, and develop continuous improvement solutions but primarily focused on day to day maintenance activities You will be accountable for: Engineering resource for day to day needs of Planner and Mechanics Design and management of short term continuous improvement projects Ensure the completion of day to day work Troubleshooting breakdowns We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.

 

About you

Degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering. Relevant work experience in chemicals and powder processing industries. Competencies: SAP Transactions in Plant Maintenance Maintenance of plant equipment; DCS, Pumps, Fans, Kilns, Boilers, etc Preventive and predictive maintenance Behaviors: Technical Hands on Customer Service

 

About the pay and benefits

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the US base pay reasonably expected for this role is $80,000 to $100,000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
