Maintenance Engineer 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Work as key member in the shift maintenance team, support production operation by executing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Collect and analysis maintenance data to develop maintenance management system including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance for machine and production IT. Support to set up training and evaluation system for engineers to improve maintenance skills in a systemic and sustaining way. Collect and analysis the lifecycleof spare parts to optimize the preventive maintenance and set up reasonable spare parts stock in suitable types and quantity. Identify, develop, execute and support innovation projects to focus on equipment reliability and efficiency improvement continuously. Maintain SAP/FAM system to ensure all maintenance activities are tracked. Keeping align and working close with experts in headquarter/equipment supplier to develop and execute the latest maintenance standard in Beijing plant. Execute capital investment project, ensure all relevant GMP documentation preparation and approvals including FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, reports and SOPs etc. timely, and all technical actives meet GMP/HSE requirement

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Automation/Electrical discipline related, graduated from college above, more than 5 years equipment maintenance experience, having strong practical ability; 自动化、电气相关专业，大专学历，五年以上维护工作经验，动手能力强; Self-motivated, independent working under high pressure, shifts change work; Packaging maintenance experience in Pharmaceutical are preferable; 独立思考，自我激励，能够在一定压力下工作，三班倒，有药厂包装维护经验者优先; Clear logic and strong ability to handle complexity and give solutions; 较强的逻辑思维能力，能够分析处理复杂故障，快速解决问题; Good communication skill 良好的沟通能力。
