CentraCare is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and the physical structures of our facility. You will ensure the safety and functionality of the environment by performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of various systems. Additionally, you will assist in the upkeep of the grounds, contributing to a clean and safe atmosphere for staff and patients alike. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. 

Schedule Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm  Rotating weekly on-call every 4th or 5th week (3:30pm Monday through 6am following Monday)  Working hours when on call are 7am - 3:30pm  Coverage areas include: Paynesville, Richmond, Eden Valley and Cold Spring Snow removal assistance may be required outside of on-call rotation depending on event 
  Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $21.85 per hour and increases with experience Pay range: $21.85 - $32.76 per hour Full-time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
  Qualifications  High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience  6 years or more prior experience in a similar role  Special Engineer Labor & Industry boiler license with the State of MN within 6 months of employment  CentraCare will assist with paying for the boiler classes and testing to obtain licensure  A valid MN driver's license and a driving record in good standing  Tech college education in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrician or Carpentry is preferred
