This position reports to

Integrated Production Unit Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment and production lines, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment and production lines. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment and production lines. The work model for the role is onsite. This role is contributing to Electrification Smart Power Business Area.You will be mainly accountable for:•Defining maintenance plans for new production lines and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment•Solving major technical and equipment problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.•Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency•Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production processYou will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree Experience within a manufacturing environment, working with Lean principlesGood computer literacy of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Skills to work with ERP systems, (SAP) is an advantageGood written and verbal communication in EnglishExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential
