We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer, who will report to Maintenance Manager in our Gebze Plant.

Your Responsibilities; 

Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing of process automation and software interface systems

Providing support to Production Equipment Operators

Developing and maintaining process control procedures

Completing preventative maintenance and calibration of control systems

Troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and process control instrumentation

Developing and keeping all & current instrumentation related work procedures and policies                             

Troubleshooting and reporting back verbally and in writing system deficiencies and  corrective measures taken in all electrical systems

Maintaining process instrument calibration and issuing deficiency reports, records and logs.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronic engineering department of universities.

Position will be based in Gebze/KOCAELI, willing to reside nearby

Good command of English & Turkish

Knowledge of TPM applications as 5S, Kaizen, GMP

Good organization skills

Having knowledge of mechanical drawings and project implementation

Good knowledge of MS Office and Autocad applications

Preferably 1-3 years maintenance experience in FMCG industry

Preferably worked with BEAM and SAP software

Ability to manage maintenance team.

Ability to manage third party subcontractors.

Ability to manage routine daily maintenance activities, unexpected issues and work order prioritization to keep production healthy and running

Actively participate HSE activities (risk mapping, safety imaging studies, work permits etc.)
