The incumbent of this job is responsible for the management of repairs and maintenance in the pro-duction lines and is also responsible for the mechanical and electrical workshop, planning and following up the maintenance programs.

Responsibilities:
• Updating and controlling the machine maintenance program, tracking the running machine and its parts, and reflecting the latest loading level of the machine for the best planning of machine maintenance.

• Follow-up of maintenance activities and ensure that all maintenance steps are carried out correctly, communicate with production, quality team to improve the performance of the device.

• Reporting technical, quality issues and spare parts, before, during and after maintenance to carry out corrective actions.

• follow-up of unit service related to make & pack machines and providing relevant spare parts.

• Participating in IWS meetings to support production lines in the set of maintenance tasks and related analyzes.
• Planning the maintenance budget based on the annual production plan.
• Creating and updating all maintenance documents, process identification and ISO forms.

Competencies Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering
Work Experience and Competence:
• Having at least 3 years of work experience in industrial environments
• Familiarity with the standards, indicators, and methods of machine maintenance process
• Familiarity with the annual planning process and budget control
Languages & Computer Skills:
• English speaking and writing skills are required.
• Computer skills (office programs and maintenance programs)
• Knowledge of teamwork and excellent communication skills
