If so, consider joining our team as a Maintenance Engineer **.** **Key responsibilities of this role include:** + Performs maintenance and repairs work in all general areas, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting and the ability to prioritize + Responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance on daily, weekly monthly, semi-annual and annual basis, depending equipment + Must be able to maintain documents and records for preventative maintenance + Work may occasionally be assigned across other Northwest Health facilities + May be required to work variable shifts, weekends and holidays, as needed + Reports to immediate supervisor + Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision This is a manual work position at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing and heating systems. Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. Routine maintenance, service and repair work is performed independently. Assignments are normally received orally or through written work orders.
