Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to manage the technical development and improvement of our manufacturing systems. You will design tooling and fixtures using 3D CAD, with a focus on automating and enhancing equipment and tools. You will also ensure that our procedures promote safety, quality, and efficiency.
ResponsibilitiesManage technical development and improvement of manufacturing systems.Design tooling and fixtures using 3D CAD.Focus on automating and enhancing equipment and tools.Ensure procedures promote safety, quality, and efficiency.Work with vendors to buy equipment and materials.Check products meet specifications and quality standards.Collaborate with management and staff on production capabilities and schedules.Use statistics to predict future manufacturing needs.Ensure equipment maintenance follows recommendations.Essential Skills10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.Proficiency in 3D CAD.Experience with tooling, jigs, and testing equipment.Strong documentation and auditing skills.Troubleshooting and blueprint reading abilities.Excellent communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsIdentify and fix bottlenecks.Track and improve efficiency and productivity metrics.Assess resources to meet customer demand.Find ways to reduce costs and lead times.Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.Suggest new policies for better products or services.Why Work Here?

This is a Permanent position based out of Catoosa, Oklahoma.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $101000.00 - $105000.00
medical, dental and vision benefits
4.5% 401k match
48 hours of sick pay (32 roll over YoY) + 2 weeks 1st year of PTO accrued + roll over
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Catoosa,OK.
