What you’ll do: + Implement and maintain robust maintenance integrity program. This will be the main focus of the job. + Assist with adding and maintaining accurate equipment and asset information into the asset management system. Also participate in Method of change and Pre Start-up Safety Reviews. + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and use root cause analysis to diagnose and repair failures. + Work with the team and/or vendors to coordinate shutdown activities to schedule needed inspections, preventative maintenance activities, and or equipment repairs. + Provide technical assistance and training to associates as needed. Who you are: + Bachelor’s degree in relevant field + 10+ years’ experience working with mechanical integrity + Have implemented mechanical integrity program with experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food processing industries. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: + Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. + Regularly be able to stoop, bend over, reach, grasp, and lift up to 50 pounds. + Ability to climb a ladder.
