**Job Description Summary:** **Functional Skills:** Responsible for managing and executing manufacturing asset maintenance, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance, as part of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program. Total Productive Maintenance Trainer + Skilled TPM Trainer to embed Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles into the Plant culture. The Trainer will develop and execute training programs to enhance employees' capabilities in TPM's core pillars (Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Capability Building), driving continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Design and Implement TPM Programs** Develop and execute comprehensive training programs based on TPM principles (AM, PM, Capability Building). Create a step-by-step roadmap for implementing TPM and integrating it into the Plant culture. **2. Employee Training and Development** Prepare training materials and deliver workshops for employees at all levels. Coach employees to understand and apply TPM principles effectively in their daily tasks. **3. Monitor and Improve TPM Initiatives** Improvement plans. **4. Foster Cultural Change and Collaboration** Work with cross-functional teams to promote TPM activities and foster teamwork. Encourage problem-solving and empower employees to take ownership of Autonomous Maintenance (AM). **5.
