**Job Description Summary:**
**Functional Skills:**
Responsible for managing and executing manufacturing asset maintenance, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance, as part of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program. This role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives for machines and equipment, while ensuring compliance with KORE and local regulations in the EOSH area, in collaboration with the team.

Plant maintenance Business responsibilities
+ **Maintenance Planning** : Develop and implement maintenance plans for all assigned areas.
+ **Execution of Maintenance Activities** : Ensure effective execution of planned maintenance activities.
+ **Vendor and Subcontractor Management** : Manage vendors, subcontractors, and specialists supporting operations.
+ **Asset Responsibility** : Oversee maintenance of equipment, electrical networks, utilities, buildings, and structures.
+ **Spare Parts and Consumables** : Manage spare parts and consumable engineering stores.
+ **Compliance** : Ensure compliance with KORE, local regulations, and EOSH standards.
+ **TPM Implementation** : Apply TPM methodologies for plant facility and production equipment maintenance.
+ **Corrective Maintenance and Troubleshooting** : Lead corrective maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring health and safety in the workplace.
+ **Key Responsibilities by Role** :
+ Maintenance Supervisor: Verify documentation of work, audit and close work orders, report on PM completion.
+ Maintenance Planner: Create work orders, optimize PM processes, and manage work order backlogs.
+ Maintenance Parts Clerk: Maintain inventory accuracy and manage MRP values.
+ Maintenance Technician: Report downtime, verify labor reporting, and manage material usage.
+ Maintenance Buyer: Procure materials, update procurement details, and manage open POs.
Lead Engineering and Maintenance activities
+ **Facility Improvement** : Support facility improvement and Kaizen initiatives with cost optimization.
+ **Maintenance Program Development** : Develop and maintain maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and utilities.
+ **Annual Overhaul** : Ensure equipment reliability through the annual overhaul program.
+ **Standardization** : Lead the maintenance system and standardize operational skills across teams.
+ **Electricity Supply** : Ensure uninterrupted electricity supply within the plant.
+ **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance** : Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
+ **ESLP Program** : Ensure compliance with ESLP and local company requirements.
+ **Spare Parts Management** : Maintain spare parts inventory accuracy.
+ **Utility Operations** : Assist with utility operations including boilers, refrigeration, and wastewater systems.
+ **Process Improvement** : Monitor and improve manufacturing processes through SPC and OEE.
+ **Calibration Program** : Oversee calibration of production equipment for accuracy and compliance.
Total Productive Maintenance Trainer
+ Skilled TPM Trainer to embed Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles into the Plant culture. The Trainer will develop and execute training programs to enhance employees' capabilities in TPM's core pillars (Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Capability Building), driving continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. Design and Implement TPM Programs**
Develop and execute comprehensive training programs based on TPM principles (AM, PM, Capability Building).
Create a step-by-step roadmap for implementing TPM and integrating it into the Plant culture.
**2. Employee Training and Development**
Prepare training materials and deliver workshops for employees at all levels.
Coach employees to understand and apply TPM principles effectively in their daily tasks.
**3. Monitor and Improve TPM Initiatives**
Improvement plans.
**4. Foster Cultural Change and Collaboration**
Work with cross-functional teams to promote TPM activities and foster teamwork.
Encourage problem-solving and empower employees to take ownership of Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
**5. Provide Leadership in TPM**
Act as a leader in driving cultural transformation through TPM initiatives.
Champion the adoption of TPM across all levels of the organization to enhance overall productivity.
**Qualification & Requirements**
**Core Competency :**
+ **Maintenance Expertise:** Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with PM (Preventive Maintenance), PdM (Predictive Maintenance), AM (Autonomous Maintenance), RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance), and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and their application in industrial maintenance.
+ **Electrical Systems:** In-depth understanding of safety procedures for high and low-voltage electrical systems, as well as practical knowledge of electrical theory and application.
+ **Mechanical Systems Maintenance:** Proficient in maintenance and repair of mechanical systems such as plumbing, HVAC, WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant), utilities, and drainage.
+ **Work Order Management:** Ability to generate work orders, track progress, and ensure completion, as well as documenting work history and problem-solving efforts to prevent rework.
+ **Supervision and Training:** Experience supervising and training contractors and maintenance teams for efficient execution of tasks.
+ **Teamwork and Communication:** Strong collaboration and communication skills, ensuring effective information sharing and problem-solving across teams.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working effectively within and outside your immediate work group.

**Knowledge & Experience:**
+ Experienced with Plant maintenance in SAP
+ Engineering background is preferred
+ Long-term experience in Engineering and EOSH area is referred
+ Project Management Skill
+ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in TPM implementation (Autonomous Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Capability Building).
Practical knowledge of manufacturing, quality, or maintenance processes.

+ Basic finance knowledge
