The main missions of the role are:
• Attend Daily Top 5 Meeting
• Function in the assembly production area.
• Can able to plan & Schedule Preventive/ Predictive/ TBM/ CBM/ Chance maintenance of Robot / welding equipment’s ( Mig / Tig welding/ Spot) , Utilities.
• Responsible for critical spares identification and management.
• Responsible for PLC programming , modification & debugging the faults ( Siemens – S7-300 & S7- 500, mitsubishi – Q series)
• Knowledge about robot installation , commissioning , programming , interlocking through PLC ( Yasaka motoman DX-100/ 200 & fanuc 120iC).
• Digital communication protocol knowledge like Device net, Profibus, Profinet , Serial port to debug PLC communication fault
• Responsible for FES implementation Chapter 11 ( Equipment care)
• To maintain and adhere to 5S requirements in Utilities area.
• Work in shift to attend breakdown, Root cause analysis and counter measure.
• Responsible for EMS & OHSAS related documentation
• Authorized license to work in HT/ LT line/ Transformer etc
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level
o Diploma/ BE/ B tech (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics) with additonal experience.
Experience :
o Significant Maintenance experience 3 to 5 years Minimum (BE/Diploma Electrical/Electronics)
Skills and competencies
o Team player with strong organisation and communication skills
o International mind set
o English required
