Job Summary

Maintenance engineer

Takes responsibility for maintenance of defined MAEFocused on the maintenance and repair of machines related to fuel cell businessEnsuring the efficient operation of equipment, promptly addressing technical issues, and participating in equipment optimization and improvement.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Main maintenance KPI of responsible machinesMalfunction regular reviewLeading problem solving of key malfunctionKPI PDCA L3/L4 preparationActivities for machine performance stabilization and continuous improvementsSpare parts preparationDefining spare partsTracking spare parts abnormal usage.Working at alternative solution if spare parts not available.Support spare parts localization projectOrganizing repaired key spare parts try-outMaintenance competence development for responsible machinesRecord and analyze equipment failure data, providing improvement recommendations.Following the competence development planAttending know-how exchanging activities in IPNTrain and guide other team members to enhance equipment maintenance skills.Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely repairs and technical support.Performing at TPM activity from maintenanceRegular review and update of PM itemsKey malfunction (long breakdown or repeated problem) summary (PSS) and defining standard reaction plan for same problem (error search plan)Joining TPM activities, taking a main role in TPM review meeting, supporting to improve TPM maturitySupporting planning and releasing of new investment machinesSupporting technical specification defines for the new investment machine.Reviewing and summarizing historical machine problem and machine concept failure and related improvements; Evaluating the MAE potential improvementsMAE releasing and MAE A/B/C classification according the standard check list.Supporting MAE commissioningTechnical preparation for machine overhaulingPreparing the evaluation check list for machine overhaulingPreparing the overhauling proposalCoordinating the overhauling projectContributing to cross-functional improvements, Eg.CO2 reduction, System CIP projects, Shop floor CIP projects, etc.

Qualifications

Qualifications Requirement

Education degree:  Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Total working experience  > 5 yearMaintenance related working experience >3  years

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience

Strong fault analysis and resolution skills.Good teamwork and communication abilities.Fluent English both in speaking and writing
