We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to support our mechanical and electrical teams at our plant. The ideal candidate will possess a good background in engineering and maintenance, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

University degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering3-5 years experinence in a similar roleProficient in PC and MS Office applications; experience with PLC programming (Siemens S7-1200, S7-300) preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindsetAbility to lead and motivate teamsCapable of working independently as well as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in EnglishCandidates residing in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul or Izmit are preferredPreferably no military obligation for male candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Support and guide the mechanical and electrical teams to ensure efficient operationsPreventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and support continuous productionRoot Cause Analysis: Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future breakdownsProduction Support: Collaborate with production teams and actively participate in meetings to address maintenance needsKPI Management: Develop and execute work plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as downtime, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and preventive maintenance completion ratesInventory Management: Track spare parts inventory and manage orders to ensure necessary supplies are availableSafety Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are consistently upheld in all maintenance activitiesProject Support: Assist in investment projects and the commissioning of new equipmentContinuous Improvement: Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) activities, driving continuous improvement projects to enhance machine efficiency and implement 5S methodologiesRegulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities align with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements, including managing contractors and third-party vendors
