Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and associated control systems.Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on building systems to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot issues with HVAC and control systems, implementing effective solutions.Utilize electronic test equipment to assess system performance and diagnose problems.Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.Collaborate with other technicians and building personnel to address facility issues.Assist in basic commissioning processes for new systems and equipment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Building Technician or similar role.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building controls.Technical aptitude with hand and power tools.Familiarity with low voltage devices and electronic test equipment.Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and listening skills.Ability to adhere to safety standards and protocols.
