To operate and maintain mechanical equipment such as steam boilers, emergency power generators, chillers, H.V.A.C. units, refrigeration units, and provide maintenance necessary to create a pleasant, comfortable and safe environment for patient, staff and public. Works with the periodic Preventative Maintenance system to ensure equipment and environment is in proper condition. Works in performance of duties and within the hospital safety program.
