How you’ll spend your day Day to day planning of the routine maintenance and breakdown maintenance activity in the plant equipment like reactor, centrifuge, Dryers, Vacuum pumps etc. To supervise & track the preventive maintenance activities in the plant. Ensure no deviation w.r.t GMP and safety compliance. Co-ordinate the preventive maintenance and safety related activities. To coordinate with plant incharge for day to day maintenance plan and shutdown activities. To plan and execute the small modification activities in the assigned plant. Support area manufacturing and new product/process transfer activity. Implementing systems improvement programs and changes like energy saving, good engineering practices & OPEX related changes. To coordinate and support the sub functions like Civil, electrical and instrumentation during day to day activity. Breakdown maintenance – repair of equipment malfunctions. Indenting the spare parts & maintenance materials. To work on the approach of high efficiency in lesser cost. Supervision of the contractor’s job. To perform the work Priority module and Ariba system. To perform any other job as assigned by reporting supervisor. To use the problem solving tools to find out the root cause of any failure and implement the CAPA accordingly. Your experience and qualifications B.
