PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements. Responsible for all instrument and control system equipment regular maintenance and repairing, such as all field instrumentation, valves, flowmeter, transmitter, control circuit, monitoring, DCS, PLC etc, and maintenance at low voltage/middle voltage/high voltage electrical equipment, etc. Be responsible for maintaining analyzer and purifier, e.g. troubleshooting, quarterly/ annual maintenance/calibration and overhaul, etc. Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, repair for all equipment. Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible. Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability. Continually to drive productivity and cost savings and enhancement through improved work process and equipment performance. Initiate and Implement CI (continuous improvement) savings projects. Reporting-Time entry weekly and prepare technical reports either written or through entries into the resource management system to maintain accurate documentations on the plants, and to provide information for others in the organization to carry out their responsibilities effectively. Develop I/E job-packs for major overhauls and repair. Initiate and implement reliability and/or efficiency improvement initiatives and best practices on operating machinery and focus on CONC. Provide I/E installation and commission support to new projects. Participate in the planning and execution of minor and major shutdowns. Provide technical and hands on support as required during shutdowns. Spare parts inventory review and parts purchasing support technically, effort in plant reliability improvement. Keep abreast of and evaluate new methodologies, work practices, for application and use within the plant. Assist in the development, implementation, and periodic review of preventative/predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned shutdowns and improve overall plant on stream capability. Business travel within region is required based on the actual need. Complete other work tasks assigned by manager in a timely and efficient manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational: Diploma or higher education holder in instrument / electrical automation or other related field. Preferred the relative working experience in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment. Working Experience: Start minimum at > 5 years and progress thereafter. Hands-on work experience is a must. Position will have experience in major shutdown support, project work, plant operations and maintenance efforts. Knowledge of vendor contracts and knowledge of shop support in the region is desirable. Possess good oral and written communication skills, preferable with English language. Attitude and passion for the work group assigned. Able to work independently as well as in a team player. Basic office software operation.
