Maintains, repairs, installs, removes, designs, starts/stops all related equipment in the facility including boiler room, heating and cooling equipment. **EDUCATION:** High School Diploma or GED **EXPERIENCE:** Three to five years of experience in a commercial setting, preferably a hospital setting. Specific knowledge of repair and operation procedures for a wide variety of hospital equipment. Basic skills in the use of electric and portable power tools.
