As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a tactical role in achieving maintenance and reliability objectives. You will be responsible for improving maintenance engineering practices to continuously increase productivity and asset reliability. + You will be accountable for: + OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Losses Analysis: Prioritize root cause analysis and implement improvements. + Root Cause Analysis: Identify failure causes and block them to increase reliability. + Risk Analysis: Mitigate failures. + Weekly RCA Meetings: Manage and perform actions; support and audit autonomous maintenance performed by operations. + Technical Responsibilities: Oversee lubrication, mechanical seals, and other service contracts. + We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode. **About You** + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering + Experience in technical areas of industrial engineering/maintenance, especially equipment maintenance + CREA registered + Intermediate English proficiency + Competencies: + Problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to set priorities and evaluate financial impacts + Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities + Behaviors: + Teamwork + Creativity and communication skills + Self-directing – Must be able to work towards specific goals and objectives **About the Pay and Benefits** + Attractive and Equitable Pay for All: Compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$114,000 to R$174,000 (with hazard pay and 13th salary included), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
