We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer Supervisor to join us at our facility in Gebze, Turkey.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible of all maintenance and CapEx (Capital Expenditure) activities in the site.

Perform project management and engineering of Cap-Ex projects, including scope development, safety reviews, equipment specifications, quotation of equipment and installations, field supervision of construction, cost control, commissioning, and project closure on time, within budget, and with high quality.Involve MoC (Management of Change) activities in his/her responsible area.Enable and contribute to the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) activities in Engineering & Maintenance Department.Ensure that site maintenance operations are planned and executed in accordance with timing, quality, and cost objectives.Ensure timely and accurate availability of reports and metrics required to manage M&E costs and services.Ensure that all the equipment & facilities are always ready and safe for operation.Role is responsible for defining improvement/training needs of employees and developing training plans accordingly.

Key requirements:

Min 7- 8 years of experience in Maintenance & Engineering Environment preferably in a Chemical Plant. Ideally Experienced in project management.Engineering BS degree. (Preferably Mechanical Engineering). IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 knowledge is preferredExperience with SAP Maintenance Module and other relevant applications is requiredProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with other departments (e.g., regional engineering department, production, quality, EHS)Proficient in the Microsoft Office SuiteAdvanced level of English.
