Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:
•    Responsible for Plant Equipment & tooling breakdown reduction.
•     FES System implementation / sustenance in Tooling maintenance.  
The main missions of the role are:
o    Ensure 100% PM Compliance of Tooling 
o    Ensure Good level of MTBF & MTTR
o    Maintain Critical Tooling spare Part in stock.
o    Should able to handle AutoCAD software, GD&T  
o    Ensure 100% Uptime of Tooling

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: _ Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering  
Experience :
o    6-8 years relevant work experience. 

o    Experience in Exhaust Manufacturing facility will be added advantage. 
o    

Skills and competencies
o    Experience in Press component fixtures & welding Fixtures maintenance & Design.
o    Knowledge of CAD software i.e. CATIA, SOLIDWORKS
o    Experience in welding facility plant operations 
o    Knowledge mechanical, hydraulic components which are used for machine manufacturing.
o    Capable to read 2D / 3D drawing reading.
o    Deep Knowledge of Tooling raw material selection & processing as per application
o    Experience in Tooling History card, Tool Life monitoring, Breakdown data management
o    Experience of ISO, IATF Audit Requirements & Handling skill
o    Experience in Exhaust manufacturing facility will be added advantage.
o    Capable to handle fixture component suppliers
o    Capable to raise PR , Maintain min. max Spare parts
o    Good team member, Can adopt company culture quickly
o    Flexible in shift timing, any shift working.
o    Knowledge of standard tooling development, Proto part development etc. 
o    Strong Analytical skill required.
