WHAT YOU WILL DO
Critical responsibilities but not limited to:
Provides support to maintenance manager and maintenance technician to complete planned work activities timely, efficiently and satisfactorily.Participate and lead in Quality/Safety related investigation. Ensure the deviations are fully investigated with any actions effectively implemented within agreed time frame.Develops standard operating procedures (SOP's), Job aids and preventative maintenance (PM's) plans. Ensure the developed instructions are compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines and standards.Provides technical oversight and support maintenance technicians with troubleshooting and diagnostic of equipment failure and determining the root cause and perform immediate corrective actions.Coordinates and support equipment shutdown, startup, swing over, and equipment servicing and inspection with stakeholders. Support installation, modification, testing, servicing, commissioning, qualification activities (IQ, OQ), as well as site change control procedures or minor projects.Supervise and oversee third party contractors, vendors and service providers.Participates in the improvement initiatives to enhance equipment or system efficiency, reduce energy usage and other cost saving/avoidance projects.Participate in SHE, Business Compliance, cGMP and all other compliance-related matters, where applicableWHAT YOU MUST HAVE
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Qualification
Bachelor or Master’s degree or its equivalent can be considered if the candidate demonstrates strong willing to work and learn in engineering and project management.Experience:
Minimum two years of relevant working experienceExperience in project management, maintenance and/or engineering in manufacturing, oil & gas or semi-con industry will be an advantage.Ability to work independently.Good interpersonal and communication skills.This is a Career Conversion Program (CCP for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Professionals (Place-and-Train) under Workforce Singapore (WSG) and candidates must meet the following criteria and are open to the following conditions:
PMETs/Mid-Careerist with minimum 2 years of working experienceSingaporeans/PRs onlyThe program aims to support those who is willing to take up traineeship opportunities in biopharmaceutical sector. These traineeships will help candidates develop their skills professionally, equip them with valuable industry experience and allow them to gain a firmer foothold in the job market across various sectors.
