Maintenance Execution Manager
Join us as a Maintenance Execution Manager at our Kansas City, KS, plant where you will play a crucial part in identifying and delivering programs & processes essential to our plant operations. The maintenance team is a key part of our operations and ensuring safe, quality and efficient execution all around is a priority. This role will immerse themselves in our maintenance personnel, planning and processes to create a top functioning maintenance group. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing + Maintenance Reliability – Work collaboratively with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure resources are effectively focused on increasing reliability. Work closely with capital project teams to ensure maintenance and reliability are integrated into capital projects. + Best Practices and Financial Focus - Identify, implement, and document maintenance and reliability best practices. Develop and manage the departmental budget. + Strategic Thinking – Use strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and mitigate maintenance issues. Oversee planning, scheduling, and executing planned and predictive maintenance activities. + People Management – Supervise maintenance supervisors, maintenance planning, and any maintenance purchasing or store personnel. You will be responsible for crewing the department and shift scheduling. You will be accountable to driving skills training, utilizing your resources to ensure your workforce is maintained at a high level. We’re Looking for Someone With + HS Diploma or GED and related years of experience in a manufacturing setting with maintenance/planning supervision and/or management experience + Ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the operation to ensure improved collaboration and deliver results. + Experience in SAP PM + Experience implementing best in class maintenance programs and strategies (TPM, RCM, Planning/Scheduling, Predictive and Preventative Maintenance) + Supervisory experience with salaried and hourly maintenance workforce + Demonstrated experience in PLC programming and automation Compensation The annual salary range is $102,300 - $134,295, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
