GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
This position plays a key role in maintaining building, grounds, equipment and machinery to provide a safe and controlled work environment for manufacturing, distribution and office personnel and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continued development of maintenance processes to include TPR, preventative, predictive and RCM to ensure maximum machinery and equipment availability and reliability. Oversee effective work order system and properly set priorities for open work orders. Ensure efficient operations of the Parts Crib by ensuring proper inventory levels are kept of the appropriate components. Develop and implement policies and procedures as it relates to the maintenance functions. Ensure maximum department efficiency by properly planning work tasks and schedules. Responsible for the development of all personnel which includes training and coaching based on the needs of the individual and the business. Control spending so that budgetary goals are met or exceeded. Develop and execute cost reduction programs to create more efficient manufacturing operations. Manage capital equipment expenditure process including justification, planning and execution. Responsible for developing and tracking metrics to ensure that the department is continuously improving and rapidly developing into a world-class maintenance operation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb ladders, reach and grasp for varying periods of time during working hours.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree 10-15 years of Maintenance / Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Injection molding and extrusion, high-speed plastic assembly experience preferred.
