About the Role

A leading organization in the energy sector is seeking a Maintenance First Line Supervisor III to oversee and manage maintenance and construction operations for offshore facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance execution while leading teams and optimizing operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct maintenance teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient offshore operations. Collaborate with planners and schedulers to develop resource plans and approve cost estimates. Manage maintenance activities within budget, identifying opportunities for process improvements. Serve as a key contact for incident response and emergency situations. Work closely with operations and service providers to resolve execution challenges. Ensure compliance with Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) standards. Support turnaround planning and execution. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred. Extensive experience in maintenance and reliability within offshore or industrial environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced setting. In-depth knowledge of industry design standards, codes, and safety regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance planning tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
