Maintenance Generalist - 3rd Shift - Carthage, TX

Job Details:

Starting Pay: $22.95 (depends on level of experience).

Schedule: Sun-Fri 9:15p-5:45a

Must be able to set up, adjust and break down production line machinery.  Must be able to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system.  Must be able to read and write where required.  Must be able to use math as needed to make work related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc.  Must be able to lift 70 lbs. on a daily basis and be able to work on your feet for a period of 12 hours.  Must be willing to complete all required training for the job.  

Requirement: Must possess at least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience within the last 12 months or education (i.e. possess industrial maintenance diploma or currently enrolled in technical school) in lieu of experience.  If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for a visit to the facility.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. 
 

Rehire Consideration

Max of two (2) previous Tyson Employments to be considered for hire.180 days (6 months) waiting period.
