Job details This position performs all equipment operation work in the maintenance of city roads and drainage. This position reports directly to the Roads & Drainage Foreman.

Responsibilities:
Operates assigned equipment in the maintenance and repair of City Roadway, Sidewalks and Drainage systems, including gasoline and diesel-powered automotive and heavy equipment, light to heavy duty trucks, tractors, excavators, packers, rollers and various machines, tools and power equipment. ...
Catch basins, drip inlets and facilities.

Performs daily inspections on maintenance vehicles and equipment used on the job; documents and records missing equipment and/or needed repairs.

Checks and maintains equipment, trucks, trailers, and power tools.

Collects and disposes of debris, trash, etc., on job site.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

High School

Qualifications:
Georgia CDL (Class A) license
High School diploma or equivalent
