This is a full time, hourly position

The position has many responsibilities including:installing and maintaining machinery and equipment using hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power toolstroubleshooting mechanical failures and electrical systemsrepairing, rebuilding and maintaining drive systems and motorsinstalling material systems and fabricatingIdeal candidate will know how to operate:fork truck equipment, bucket elevators and conveyorsAbility to troubleshoot and plan procedures for completing a task is very importantAlong with strong mechanical and tool skills, excellent communication skills are necessary for this positionPrevious welding, mechanical and electrical experience is preferredMust be willing and able to perform basic and complex maintenance repair tasks in all areas of the plantMust be willing and able to take formal trade school courses as selected by managementCandidate must be willing and able to work weekends, overtime and emergency call-in or call-back workThe position requires that you have the ability to lift 50 pounds, work with heights, sit, stand, kneel, crawl, bend and work in a variety of hot, cold, and dusty environments.ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.​
