Education and or Experience:  Trade school maintenance program or 2-year Associates degree. Two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Basic computer skills preferred.  Ability to program and troubleshoot PLC’s preferred. Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions presented in English.

 

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to communicate with co-workers and management.

 

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

 

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

 

Ability to get a forklift license. HVAC Certificate preferred.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
