This is an hourly position 

Position Summary: This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance II in Maintenance department of Rice Mill.Job Responsibilities:  Duties include but are not limited to:Assist in all maintenance of machinery Plant wideWeldingBraze weld Stick and mig weld. And cut with acetylene and plasma torch in any fabrication process required.Communicate well with colleagues/Management efficientlyEnsuring safe operationsEnforcement of all ADM policies and proceduresAssist in completing JSA’s Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.Promotes the ADM Way and Core ValuesAbility to manage a diverse teamAble to communicate with all levels of the organizationAssist in development of SOP’s and Work InstructionsTrain new hiresCan work overtime each dayAll other duties assigned by managementQualificationsAbility work under pressure, well with othersGood attendance.Basic Computer skillsForklift qualifiedCall back 24/7Must not be afraid of heightsMust have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures Respectful, positive attitudeStrong work ethicMust be self-motivatedMust possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skillsBilingual is a plus                                                                        Physical Requirements:This position requires walking or standing for extended periods of time.The positions requires working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels. This position requires an individual that is available to work occasional weekends and/or holidays as well as during off-hours to address emergency conditions or other situations that may arise.ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
