Title: Maintenance I&E Group Leader - Plant B
Location: Freeport, TX

Salary: $96,000 - $145,500 
Schedule: 9/80; 4-10

Focus: The Maintenance I&E Group Leader - Plant B serves as a leadership resource for hourly and contingent staff. The primary responsibilities will be people leadership and management. The Group Leader will also be a primary contributor to the performance management and pay planning processes and will lead departmental efforts related to workforce accountability, productivity, work quality, and resource allocation. 


Maintenance I&E Group Leader - Plant B Essential Functions:

Significant EH&S engagement, particularly with do-work teams in the field relative to the areas of personal safety and compliance. Manage Olin Technician and Instrument and Electrical workforce in area of responsibility Lead work process, empowerment, productivity, and operating discipline initiatives to improve Maintenance efficiency and reduce Maintenance down time. Lead RCAs as requested for both Maintenance and EH&S Complete the requirements of the Continuous Performance Management process for Maintenance direct reports. Mentor/coach direct reports to maximize their personal and collective contribution to meet business and functional objectives. Maintenance I&E Group Leader - Plant B Minimum Requirements: Must meet one of the following education and experience requirements: High school diploma plus 8 years of experience in relevant plant maintenance and/or plant reliability roles; OR Associate's degree* plus 5 years of experience in relevant plant maintenance and/or plant reliability roles; OR Bachelor of Science degree* in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering preferred, plus 4 years of experience in relevant plant maintenance and/or plant reliability roles Prior Olin experience in a related role preferred; experience in a Plant B Maintenance role preferred Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
