Het algemene doel van deze rol is om gespecialiseerde technische ondersteuning en oplossingen te bieden voor Operations en Maintenance voor de LHC. De Maintenance Instrumentation Technologist begrijpt en implementeert Most Effective Technology (MET), werkprocessen, tools en de beste praktijken binnen de Instrumentation discipline."

Verantwoordelijkheden

Biedt ervaring met storingen en reparatietechnieken tijdens root cause-onderzoeken.Biedt technische expertise aan onderhouds- en plantmedewerkers bij het oplossen van storingen, reparaties en het evalueren of apparatuur is ontworpen om aan de beoogde of bestaande servicevoorwaarden te voldoen.Zorgt ervoor dat tijdens reparaties de reparatiedetails worden verstrekt en gedocumenteerd. Biedt technische ondersteuning indien nodig.Zorgt ervoor dat reparatietechnieken, reparatieprocedures en apparatuur specifieke trainingen worden gedocumenteerd en beschikbaar worden gesteld.Biedt technische ondersteuning voor specificatie, identificatie en aankoop van benodigde onderdelen.Biedt onderhoudsinvoer aan GPM en andere verbeteringsactiviteiten en voert kwaliteitsklachten in het QSPP-systeem in.Beoordeelt, indien van toepassing en vereist, de lijst met reserveonderdelen voor bestaande apparatuur en werkt samen met MRO om ervoor te zorgen dat onderdelen worden geïdentificeerd, toegevoegd en opgeslagen in het MRO-systeem ter ondersteuning van de onderhoudsstrategie.Ontwikkelt onderhoudsprocedures op basis van de Meest Effectieve Technologie (MET).Neemt deel aan het ontwikkelen van het onderhoudsbudget ter ondersteuning van de onderhoudsstrategie.Dient als technische bron voor de planner bij werkpakketten.Evalueert activiteiten voor conditiebewaking (CBM) en bepaalt de juiste actie.Ondersteunt het gebruiksbeleid voor onderhoudsprocedures. Hierbij voer je technische beoordelingen van procedures uit, dien je als technische bron tijdens het opstellen en beoordelen van procedures, ondersteun je de ontwikkeling van de Procedure Exemption List en ontwikkel en/of wijzig je werkprocedures plus checklists en initieer je procedure MOC's.

Kwalificaties

Minimaal een technisch MBO 4 diploma inclusief enkele jaren ervaring in een onderhoudsomgeving (onderhoud op verschillende plants of verschillende Turnarounds gedaan).Vloeiend in zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.Je hebt sterke communicatie skills en bent een teamspeler.Je hebt een analytisch denkvermogen.
