Maintenance Lead

Position Details

The Maintenance Lead oversees a dynamic and flexible maintenance and repair program for ticketed requests. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for planning and execution and typically is the supervisor of a team of two.

Responsibilities: 

Responsible for complete troubleshooting and repairs for tower wireless sites across the assigned territory. Will complete scopes of work assigned by the National Maintenance Manager, ensuring quality, timelines and safety. On site responsibilities include:GroundingInstallation of antennasAntenna mounts, microwaves, coax lines, TMA's, RF jumpers, remote electrical down-tilts / Bias-T's, remote radio headsFiber/DC Hybrid cablesSweep and PIM testingSite audits and maintenance tasksTroubleshooting, repairs and maintenanceResponsible for ensuring safe work conditions and adhering to Tilson safety programs.

Qualifications:

Previous training and/or 36 months experience climbing telecommunications towers preferred, transferable military jobs (radioman, comm techs, field radio personnel) strongly encouraged to apply.Familiarity with all major carriersExcellent safety recordAble to climb up to 200+ feet into the air on telecommunications antennasValid driver’s licenseAble to work in varying weather conditions

Must be at least 21 years of age to meet Tilson’s driving eligibility requirements.

Tilson leads with integrity around pay transparency; as part of the compensation plan for this position you can expect a pay range of:

$30.00 - $40.00
