**Job Title: Maintenance Lead** **Job Description** Our plant is highly automated, featuring complex electrical controls that integrate automated systems. The Maintenance Lead will work on up to 600V electrical circuits, low voltage machinery controls, photocells, VFD motor controls, and may engage in some fabrication and plumbing projects. This is a working lead position where the candidate will train maintenance technicians, implement and edit PM schedules, organize the parts room and system, and provide overall structure to the team. **Responsibilities** + Work on up to 600V electrical circuits and low voltage machinery controls. + Handle photocells and VFD motor controls. + Participate in fabrication and plumbing projects as needed. + Train maintenance technicians to ensure a skilled team. + Implement and edit preventive maintenance (PM) schedules. + Organize the parts room and maintain an efficient parts system. + Provide structure and leadership to the maintenance team. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a maintenance technician in industrial maintenance. + Proficiency with pumps, presses, and electrical systems. + Skilled in PLC and conveyor systems troubleshooting. + Ability to repair mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics. + Experience with electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with 3 phase 480 volt+ electrical systems. + Skill in PLC troubleshooting and minor program editing. + Knowledge of conveyor and mechanical systems. **Why Work Here?** Our company is growing and expanding its team, offering excellent compensation.
