Maintenance Lead
**Maintenance Lead in Burlington!** $100K/yr Night Shift 10pm- 6am **Job Description** The Lead Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative and predictive maintenance on all production equipment. They will be an overseeing member of the maintenance team, providing leadership and expertise to other technicians, and auditing completed PMs. **Responsibilities** + Lead a team of 7 maintenance technicians on shift. + Coordinate with shift leadership team to ensure desired outcomes. + Synchronize with production, quality, and maintenance personnel as needed. + Ensure proper usage of CMMS. + Monitor and enforce PM completion and work order completion for corrective actions. + Maintain production equipment to maximize operating performance and assist with maintaining electrical spare parts’ inventory levels. + Perform repairs on equipment to restore it to proper and safe working conditions. + Perform installation, set up, modification, and relocation of equipment to accommodate or improve production requirements. + Read/write electrical and electronic schematics/diagrams, basic hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams. + Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance. + Ensure the production schedule is not jeopardized due to machine breakdown or unsafe operating conditions and inform Maintenance Manager about changes in electric circuits and update original diagrams. + Always follow LOCK OUT procedure on unsafe machines/machines being serviced. + Adhere to work orders, preventive/predictive maintenance systems by filling in required forms and organize the workplace to comply with housekeeping requirements. + Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on all production equipment as required. + Complete electrical and mechanical projects based on direction given from the person as required by government regulation. + Demonstrate safe work practices and follow company safety policies, procedures, and regulations always. + Initiate and complete all other jobs, projects, and special assignments as directed by the person. + Maintain compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and recommend measures to improve health and safety. + Repair and replace electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic and electronic components such as motors, contactors, relays, timers, types of switches, PLCs, light curtains, motor controls, and valves. **Essential Skills** + Maintenance technician + Hydraulics + Preventive maintenance + Repair + Mechanical + Able to read wiring diagrams, electrical/mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics and ladder/function block logic + Working knowledge of industrial PCs and PLCs (Siemens Step 7, Beckhoff TwinCat, etc.) and electric circuitry consisting of contactors, relays, main voltage/control voltage, limit switches, and proximity sensors + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum 6 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment + Minimum 2 years of leadership experience + Preferred: A technical certificate from trade school + Team oriented + Reliability and continuous improvement-driven + High degree of attention to detail, precision, and follow through + Willing and able to work rotating shifts + Able to conceive and manage small projects **Why Work Here?** We offer Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, and holiday), a 401(k) Retirement Plan, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Plans, a Health Savings Account option, Supplemental/Voluntary Insurance Plans, an Employee Assistance Program, a Tuition Reimbursement Program, Employee Recognition Programs, and an Employee PV Panel Purchase Program. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Burlington, Washington.
