Maintenance Leader + **請稍候...** **日期:** 2025年1月16日 **地點:** TuCheng City, TW, 236 **公司:** Corning **Day to Day Responsibilities:** + Provide mechanical engineering analysis expertise to project teams that are responsible to deliver robust, cost effective equipment, automation and machine systems to Corning’s manufacturing plants and processes + Work with project team members to solve automation system and equipment related problems and develop basic understanding of process requirements. + Interface with external machine builders, systems integrators, and suppliers to specify and successfully deliver fully integrated equipment systems to the internal customers on-time, on-budget, and in satisfaction of process performance measures. + Actively participates in system integration, check-out, installation, debug, production start-up, and training of plant personnel. + Supervise the team to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and other technical problems on production machinery and facility systems. + Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality. **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field + 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering roles + Experience in manufacturing or production + Experience as project leading experience **Required Skills:** + Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools. + Proactive, independent, flexible, quick learner + Strong project management skills. + Good problems solving and analytical capabilities (particularly statistical analysis). + Excellent communications, interpersonal and influencing skills. + High initiative, able to work with a minimum of direction, and able to work in team environment. + Responsible for the accuracy of work performed; takes a proactive approach to ensure quality of work + Bilingual English (conversational level) / Mandarin. + **請稍候...**
