Maintenance Malfunction Engineer
Responsibilities:
Resolve malfunctions.
Performing maintenance, repair, modification, improvement, and adjustment work on our complex machine lines. In addition to hands-on work, you guide contractors and work with production staff to identify the root causes of malfunctions. Your goal is to ensure that the machine park operates optimally, and you take responsibility for achieving this together with your colleagues. You will work in a 5-shift schedule as follows: you start with 2 days on the morning shift (06:00 AM - 02:00 PM), followed by 2 days on the afternoon shift (02:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and finally 2 days on the night shift (10:00 PM - 06:00 AM). After that, you have 4 days off. This means that you will occasionally work on weekends. Requirements:
Have knowledge of both mechanical (W) and electrical (E) systems. At least completed a Trade Test or technical degree in First Mechanic Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar. You have a good command of the Dutch/Afrikaans language. You are flexible when it comes to working in a 5-shift system.
