Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a leading, innovative Ingredient Manufacturer who are seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure the facility’s seamless operation of the company’s production facilities.

This is an on-site position, located in Northwest, United States. Relocation assistance available.

Job Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance and Reliability: you will be required to oversee the upkeep of specialized machinery and mechanical equipment. You will be required to ensure optimal performance.You will develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to extend equipment lifespan.Regulatory compliance: maintain all product safetyBudget and resource management: ensure cost-effective operations and resource allocation.Continuous Improvement: identify inefficiencies in equipment and processes.Manage the physical infrastructure of the facilities, collaborating with other departments to support goals.

Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years experience.You must be skilled with electrical systems and low temperature chilling systems.3-5 years experience in ingredient manufacturing, or a similar industry.A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.Extensive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with regulatory standards such as cGMP.
