**Job Title: Maintenance Manager (SMM)**
**Location: Rancho Cordova, CA**
**Pay: 150k - 155k**
**Job Description**
As a High Level Maintenance Manager (SMM), you will lead maintenance and facility support activities for high-complexity sites, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with strategic goals. Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM), you will be responsible for leading Maintenance Managers (MMs) and site teams, driving safety-first practices, fostering a culture of development, and maintaining strong client relationships.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide leadership and strategic direction to MMs and site teams, ensuring alignment with company and client goals.
+ Communicate the company’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives to inspire and engage teams.
+ Collaborate with RMMs to ensure regional goals are met and support client-specific initiatives.
+ Mentor and coach MMs and site leaders to build leadership pipelines and succession plans.
+ Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation by empowering leaders to drive team performance.
+ Ensure career development plans are implemented, reviewed quarterly, and aligned with team and company objectives.
+ Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with safety protocols, training, and corrective actions.
+ Oversee safety metrics such as the Safety Leadership Index, and Good Catch/Near Miss reporting.
+ Partner with Regional Safety Specialists to address site-specific challenges and lead initiatives to enhance safety performance.
+ Drive performance in preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs to maximize uptime and reliability.
+ Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including uptime, PM/PdM completion rates, and Permanent Corrective Actions (PCAs).
+ Oversee the resolution of Site Issue Management (SIM) tickets to ensure operational continuity.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with site leadership, participating in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
+ Act as a liaison to ensure seamless communication and alignment between the company and the client.
+ Collaborate with site leaders to identify and implement process improvements and enhance client satisfaction.
+ Manage regional budgets and oversee site-level financials, including travel, expenses, and inventory management.
+ Ensure team compliance with administrative tasks, such as timesheet approvals and training completion within established timeframes.
+ Monitor and report site performance metrics to align with client and organizational objectives.
**Essential Skills**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ 7+ years of maintenance management experience, including leadership over MMs and multi-site operations.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
+ Availability to provide 24/7 support and flexibility to travel as needed.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP, CRL, PMP).
+ Experience leading high-complexity operations such as robotics-based fulfillment centers.

**Work Environment**
The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, kneel, bend, and reach as needed to install, move, or maintain equipment, including the use of aerial lifts or ladders. You will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as a hard hat, face mask, face shield, and composite-toe shoes. The role involves walking 6-12 miles daily, including climbing stairs or navigating multiple floors, to facilitate work across multiple sites. You will also need to perform duties in fluctuating temperatures and varying warehouse environments, and type on a computer for 1-2 hours per day.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rancho Cordova, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
