A leading North American steel fabricator specializing in complex steel structures for the commercial, industrial, and civil sectors is looking to add a Maintenance Manager to their team. With their state-of-the-art fabrication facility in Great Falls, Montana, they are committed to safety, quality, and timely delivery in every project we undertake. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the oversight of all maintenance and equipment related to the facilities infrastructure/operations.

  Essential Functions and Duties: Receives and processes maintenance requests as they are developed from various departments Direct maintenance personnel to execute maintenance requests according to priority Work with the purchasing department to procure replacement components for equipment Troubleshoot equipment such as electrical installations, overhead cranes, CNC equipment, and rolling stock Manage the maintenance crew Facilitates testing equipment to locate defects and measure performance Determines the need for adjustments and verifies specified and proper operation May be assigned to operate a variety of equipment including forklifts, cranes, loaders, and various production equipment Organizes various inspections for the facility to comply with regulatory requirements Knowledge of facilities maintenance, electrical circuits, and machine functions Strong verbal and written communication skills Perform effective diagnostic testing and troubleshooting Strong mechanical aptitude Perform effective diagnostic testing and troubleshooting  

Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in an industrial and/or commercial maintenance/facilities operation Previous experience of supervisory and management duties Must be able to stand/walk for 10 hours at a time Ability to occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry up to 75lbs High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Valid driver’s license
