**_What’s the job?_**
The Maintenance Manager position requires strong leadership skills, and ability to interact with all departmental functions within the plant, including but not limited to, safety training, repair of equipment, predictive maintenance planning, and preventative maintenance of existing machines.
+ Develop and implement TPM and AM schedules on all plant equipment. - Develop Work Instructions explaining the needed maintenance to be done on the machine. - Audit, track progress and post TPM measures and results.- Carry out Clean to Inspect events (Tender, Lubricate and Care).
+ Design and initiate a Training program (Maintenance) to effectively train associates and maintain current communication with them.
+ Design, develop, initiate and present innovative engineering ideas for viable new equipment designs and mechanisms for production machinery to promote more efficient and profitable processes.
+ Supports the manufacturing activities of all products through maintenance of machines, spare parts, buildings, grounds and repair activities to meet customer schedule commitments within quality and cost objectives.
+ Select, train, develop, evaluate and motivate an effective workforce and continuously works to upgrade their skill level. In concert with Human Resources, develops and implements on-going skills assessment and training efforts, both on and off the job, to constantly upgrade the skill level of supervised employees.
+ Maintains continuous dialogue and communication with the Operations Manager and Plant Manager, as needed, to keep him/her apprised of the status of safety, schedules, problems and opportunities available to maximize efficient operations and to enhance overall company manufacturing operations. Displays a personal and professional commitment to the continuous improvement process

**_What do you bring?_**
+ 10 -years of manufacturing experience
+ 5-years of Supervisory experience
+ 1-year experience with SAP CMMS preferred.
+ Strong emphasis on reliability centered maintenance.
+ Knowledge of storeroom policies and practices, knowledge of SAP, Knowledge of 5s methodologies.

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $87,500 to $130,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is TARGET BONUS 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
