Extrusion Maintenance Manager Direct Hire  Location: Wylie, TX  Salary: $75,000 DOE   A privately owned company in the Wylie area is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. As A Member of This Team:Oversee the maintenance operations during the night shift, ensuring optimal performance and safety.Develop and manage work schedules for maintenance staff on the assigned shift.Conduct and participate in safety meetings to maintain a safe working environment.Address and report any employee or production issues to upper management as they arise.Directly supervise maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support.Assist the manager with various production-related duties and maintenance planning.Ensure all machinery and equipment in the area are functioning safely and efficiently.Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify, rebuild, and maintain plant equipment as needed. You Will Need:4+ years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in maintaining and repairing heavy industrial machinery.Must have EXTRUSION experienceKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.Previous experience in a supervisory role within a production environment.Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to minimize process interruptions.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Willingness to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Why Apply?Stable employment with a reputable aluminum manufacturer.Comprehensive benefits package offered. Your Career Partner: Veteran-founded and family-owned, The Reserves Network specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
