This position reports to

Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

•\tSetup and maintain full implementation of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systems for all equipments, machines and other assets. •\tDevelop Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) for factory equipment & facility with life cycle management concept.•\tOversee the implementation of the TPM program for the organization.•\tDeploy the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System, such as MES Maintenance Modular.•\tProvide knowledge and guidance for initial setup and maintaining of spare parts inventory system.•\tReview, update and add preventive maintenance checks on all equipment for operators and technicians•\tPlan and execute the Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) on all assetsProvide direction for implementation and sustainment of 5S principles Assist with coordination of machine supplier support•\tLead capability upgrade of equipment & facilities to meet business demand•\tManage critical equipment with best tactics to secure daily operation continuity and efficiency •\tProvide technical direction and advice for repair and maintenance of equipment•\tConduct all efforts in conjunction with a safe work environment and comply with all environmental and government regulations•\tEstablish, carry out and optimize annual preventive maintenance plan for all equipment and facilities and secure the implementation.•\tMonitor, track and evaluate the equipment documents, and work instruction to make the effective execution. •\tLead the maintenance team to analyse and improve the machine breakdown root cause and prevent reoccur, reduce machine downtime.•\tResponsible for annual purchasing for spare parts, ensure a high-level availability for spare parts and control total maintenance cost.•\tProvide professional training packages about how to use and maintain the equipment properly, create SOP for daily maintenance and spot check.•\tPrepare maintenance budget and initiate effective maintenance practices / approaches.Contribute to machine/equipment projects for successful implementation.•\tLive up to and uses Company Value and Human Resource Ideas on people management. Be responsible for the recruitments and development of the team members•\tInitiating,implementing, and enforcing the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the ethanol industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance monitoring the use and inventories of spareparts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related, in a 5+ years of experience in industrial organizations \tStrong factory maintenance experience and team management skill\tToperform this job successfully, an individual must have expertise andproficiency with basic office computer software including Word, Excel, andemail \tMusthave the ability to work effectively with Computerized Maintenance \tDemonstrate departmental sustainability to adherence of set policies and procedures \tMust be proficient in downtime analysis and scrap reduction
