As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of our company’s facilities. Your duties will include maintaining machinery, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures.

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualificationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management or similar field is preferredA minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance Prior experience as a leader of a teamContinuous Improvement methodology experience Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systemsStrong knowledge facilities machines and equipmentCapacity to solve problems through creative, innovative solutions and challenge traditional methods of accomplishing tasks and removing obstaclesWorking Conditions:
Must be able to work for extended periods in a cold, damp environmentOccasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals Responsibilities Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations (including diagnosis and repair of production lines and systems, mechanical and electrical circuitry, prevention of food safety and quality problems, minor repairs to building and plumbing)Benchmark and set targets for overall maintenance department performanceMaintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standardsCreate and implement maintenance procedures that support process consistency and cross functional collaboration utilizing Continuous Improvement methodologyConduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problemsPlan and manage all repair and installation activitiesEnsure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and proceduresAssign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimatesMaintain supply and repair parts inventory and product loss control.Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logsOversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessaryTrack expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
