Overview The Maintenance Manager will report to the General Manager and oversee the fleet maintenance program to ensure safe and effective vehicle upkeep. A successful person in this position will have experience acting as adviser to upper management on potential issues with experience in managing and producing reports. This person will have experience as a supervisor or lead tech and provider of guidance to technicians to ensure operational efficiency. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other mechanical and/or electrical diagrams Ability to read and write routine reports, forms, and other documentation or correspondence - Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to organize and perform work efficiently, strong attention to detailRegularly required to stand; walk; use hands to manipulate, handle or feel; reach with hands or arms; and talk or hear. Physical Requirements Majority of work is accomplished indoors and well-ventilated facilities with telephone and computer.
