Maintenance Manager
**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** We are a family-owned and operated business with three locations in the US. Our Boise location, which employs around 85 individuals, produces over 600 million teabags a year. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. **Responsibilities** + Manage a team of over 25 employees including maintenance supervisors, electronic techs, maintenance leads, RMTs, parts room staff, and mechanics. + Coordinate four different shifts: days, swing, nights, and weekends. + Work closely with the Plant Manager, Production Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Quality Specialist. + Ensure the completion of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. + Provide managerial support to supervisors and leads, dedicating approximately 80% of time to managerial duties and 20% to mechanical tasks. + Maintain on-call availability for urgent maintenance issues. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical skills + Maintenance supervision + Hydraulics knowledge + Electrical expertise + Troubleshooting abilities + Preventive maintenance experience + Maintenance management skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with PLC systems **Why Work Here?** We offer a unique family-oriented culture where every employee is valued and known by name.
