**Job Title: Maintenance Manager**
**Job Description**
We are a family-owned and operated business with three locations in the US. Our Boise location, which employs around 85 individuals, produces over 600 million teabags a year. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage a team of over 25 employees including maintenance supervisors, electronic techs, maintenance leads, RMTs, parts room staff, and mechanics.
+ Coordinate four different shifts: days, swing, nights, and weekends.
+ Work closely with the Plant Manager, Production Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Quality Specialist.
+ Ensure the completion of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
+ Provide managerial support to supervisors and leads, dedicating approximately 80% of time to managerial duties and 20% to mechanical tasks.
+ Maintain on-call availability for urgent maintenance issues.

**Work Environment**
The role requires approximately 80% managerial duties and 20% mechanical tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, and requires on-call availability. Our work environment promotes a family feel, ensuring a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
