Maintenance Manager
**Job Title: Maintenance Manager** **Job Description** Direct and oversee facilities design, inspection, equipment repair, and installation. Manage and support the maintenance team in their daily tasks. Ensure project and department milestones are achieved within budget. Supervise all maintenance procedures and operations, ensuring machinery meets working standards. Evaluate and optimize current maintenance processes for efficiency. Utilize data analysis to anticipate and prevent future issues. Develop and implement strategies to minimize breakdowns and repairs, including quality checks on machinery, tools, and equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve problem areas, creating actionable plans for necessary repairs. Oversee repairs and train new employees on maintenance procedures. Foster a safe work environment, prioritizing safety in all activities. Conduct employee evaluations to ensure high-quality work. Record and track daily progress and error reports. Maintain vendor relationships and manage material orders as needed. Develop and adhere to maintenance budgets.
