McNeilus is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager, with expertise in maintenance, automation, controls and project management. The Maintenance Manager will possess a strong technical, leadership and organizational skills and be capable of managing teams, large scale projects and budgets.

Strive towards the seamless running of the facility and the equipment of the company through efficient maintenance management workAdhere to safety standards and legal regulations while executing maintenance management tasks and programsLearn about new processes, procedures and equipment that are being used worldwide, and try to adopt relevant processes into the company’s maintenance management work.Lead Maintenance team through effective delegation, strong relationships and cross-functional communicationDocument and submit reports to the stakeholders, regarding budgets, progress and time schedulesManage the budgets of the maintenance plans, and ensure that everything is in line with legal and safety regulations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in related fieldPrior experience working as a maintenance manager, repair manager, or in a related roleExperience in dealing with budgets, schedules and reporting in terms of maintenance workKnowledge of equipment and manufacturing machines

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

Maintenance -related certifications (e.g. CMRP, CMM)Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles and project management toolsManaging critical spare parts

Pay Range:

$82,000.00 - $132,800.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
